Nimble Physiotherapy
Alissa Antoon graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University in 2019. She has completed a variety of clinical placements in hospitals across NSW and has exposure to cardiorespiratory, neurological, paediatric, orthopaedic and pelvic health Physiotherapy. She has worked in a Private Practice setting on the North Shore treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, and has also coached school-based Netball, Football and Touch Football teams offering on-field sports Physiotherapy. She is a qualified Pilates Instructor (with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) and also has a certification in dry needling (GEMt).
Alissa is proud to call Berowra her home, and takes great joy in supporting the friendly people in and around her community to achieve their physical wellbeing goals!
Alissa is available for bookings on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Steven Saba completed a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2017 and has been working in Private Practice for over 7 years. He has supported numerous local soccer teams along the North Shore and has worked with both NSW U16’s Rugby and NSW Athletics. He has also worked alongside orthopaedic surgeons, focusing on post-surgical rehabilitation of spinal surgeries, joint replacements and reconstructions.
He grew up playing for Berowra Football Club and still resides locally. He takes great pride in helping others achieve their goals and live pain-free active lives, and what better place to do so than his hometown of Berowra!
Steven is available for bookings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Susan Nadolny — Psychologist
Susan is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). She is kind and caring in her approach and enjoys helping clients achieve their goals and improve their lives. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Honours), Master of Social Health and Counselling, Master of Professional Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Loss, Grief and Trauma Counselling.
Susan emphasises a collaborative and strengths-based approach with clients. She practices several different evidence-based therapies with her main therapeutic orientations being person-centred therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy, with elements of mindfulness, solution-focussed brief therapy and narrative therapy.
Susan has provided both individual and group treatment for children, adolescents and adults facing many different issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, stress management, as well as a range of other issues. She has additional experience working with children and young people who are on the autism spectrum, have ADHD and learning difficulties.
Luke Thornton — Remedial Massage Therapist
With over 10 years of experience as a remedial massage therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients improve their well-being through personalized care. Originally from New Zealand, I moved to Sydney from Canberra about a year ago and am excited to join the community here in Berowra.
I believe in the power of massage to enhance overall health, whether it’s relieving pain, recovering from injuries, or simply helping you feel your best. I take a holistic approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. Alongside my professional life, I’m passionate about fitness and enjoy spending time at the gym, keeping my own health and wellness in balance.

Gillian and Rebecca provide a comprehensive foot assessment and treatment program for a range of foot and foot-related conditions in all age groups. They are highly experienced and dedicated podiatrists committed to providing exceptional foot care.
With over 32 years of experience, over 28 of those at Berowra Family Medical Practice, Gillian has been privileged to be part of an amazing team and to get to know the wonderful community of Berowra. Rebecca has been providing services from the Berowra Family Medical Centre for many years.
Services we offer include general foot care and maintenance, wound care, Diabetic assessments, Paediatric assessments, treatment for sport injuries, biomechanical and gait assessments, strapping and orthotic therapy. Common foot problems we treat include ingrown toenails, heel pain, bunions and hammer toes, and growing pains in children.
- General Foot Care – Comprehensive evaluations and treatments for common foot issues such as corns, calluses, and nail problems.
- Diabetic Foot Care – Specialized care for diabetic patients, including regular foot assessments, management of foot ulcers, and education on proper foot care practices to prevent complications.
- Sports Injuries – Diagnosis and treatment of sports-related foot and ankle injuries, with a focus on rehabilitation and prevention of future injuries.

Pathology
Have your blood tests and pathology needs met here in our collection room. No appointment is needed and it is open from 8.00am to 4.30pm on weekdays and 8.00am to 11.00am on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. All referrals are welcome. For questions, phone 0456 664 467.
Physiotherapy

Appointments can be made directly with Australian Hearing on 131 797. We offer free screening once a month with full audiology services available once a month on a Friday.
